Clinical Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Ireland; role based in Dublin and includes support during surgeries and hospital training.

Starting salary: €57,600 per annum

What you will do

• Support the regional sales manager and country director in achieving objectives within the assigned sales area.
• Market hirify.global products using a consultative approach with current and prospective surgeons.
• Provide technical support and consultation for products during surgeries and operative procedures.
• Educate and train doctors, surgeons, and operating-room staff on product applications and indications.
• Monitor market needs, business trends, competitor activity, and future developments.
• Support customer service, administrative coordination, events, congresses, and monthly expense reporting.

Requirements

• Proficient English is required.
• Ability to provide after-hours and weekend case support when necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain privileges at all required hospitals.
• Strong problem-solving, data collection, interpretation, and fact-finding skills.
• Accuracy with Microsoft Word, Excel, charting, flow-charting, and graphs.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.

Nice to have

• Experience selling spinal devices.
• Bachelor's degree.
