Lead AI Tech Architect (CRM)

What you will do

• Define business-aligned CRM strategies across sales, service, and marketing.
• Evaluate and recommend CRM platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and Zoho.
• Analyze and redesign Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and customer support processes.
• Design CRM architectures and integrations with data lakes, ERP, analytics, messaging, commerce, and external systems.
• Build transformation business cases, demonstrate ROI, and drive organizational change and user adoption.
• Lead complex project modules, guide junior team members, support proposals, and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of IT architecture experience with a strong focus on CRM solutions and client consulting.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle across sales, service, and marketing.
• Proven delivery of complex CRM integrations with data lakes, ERP, analytical platforms, and messaging systems.
• Experience with commerce platforms, integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, and legacy integration remediation.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, API-led integrations, and synchronous and asynchronous integration.
• Team management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, a relevant university degree, and willingness to travel worldwide.
