Senior Partner Agent Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI Agent deployments across complex enterprise environments.
• Architect integrations with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Guide partners and customers on APIs, authentication, data transformation, field mapping, error handling, and integration patterns.
• Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and Postman.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business workflows into conversational flows, prompts, guardrails, escalation logic, and reliable AI Agent behavior.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, enterprise integration, technical consulting, or complex SaaS implementation.
• Experience working with strategic partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, or partner-led delivery models.
• Strong systems thinking and experience solving problems across multiple systems and data sources.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, and authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational architecture, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required; the role is based in the UK or at the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience enabling systems integrators or technical delivery partners.
• Exposure to contact center, telephony, or enterprise CX technologies.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Familiarity with embeddings, tool calling, retrieval, agent orchestration, SSML, lexicons, or regex.
• Exposure to TypeScript, Node, Git, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or enterprise go-lives.
