Procurement Business Partner (Technology Procurement)

Location: Onsite at the Petah Tikva site, Israel

What you will do

• Lead sourcing and procurement for electronics, PCB/PCBA, electromechanical assemblies, mechanical parts, cables, enclosures, and contract manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering and NPI teams from early product development through prototypes, ramp-up, and serial production.
• Manage RFQ and RFP processes, supplier evaluations, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, tooling, capacity, and long-term agreements.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, total-cost-of-ownership initiatives, and supplier performance improvement.
• Identify supply-chain risks, qualify alternative suppliers, and develop continuity and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in direct procurement, technology procurement, or strategic sourcing in a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with electronic and electromechanical components, PCB/PCBA, mechanical parts, machining, cables, and EMS services.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and NPI teams throughout product development and industrialization.
• Strong commercial and contractual negotiation, supplier management, cost reduction, and value-engineering skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, ECO processes, lead times, and supply-chain constraints.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and verbal; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
