What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend applications.
• Implement AI/ML solutions, including predictive models and NLP, to drive automation and data insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and robust data pipelines.
• Develop APIs and contribute to the evolution of data-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and UX/UI designers in an agile environment.
• Support the modernization of legacy systems and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Java backend development (Spring / Spring Boot).
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM integration.
• Knowledge of financial services or post-trade systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
