LCI Director (Lean)

Location: Jiaxing, China; hybrid work policy with an average of 3 days per week in the primary workplace. International travel may be required. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Run the LCI department and establish a continuous improvement culture across the Jiaxing site.
• Coach and challenge local leaders to improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and mindset.
• Support global LCI strategy development and deploy local continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain global standards, conduct process confirmations, and act as trainer and custodian for the PPS process.
• Lead strategic deployment and cross-functional productivity improvement planning, execution, and tracking.
• Oversee Power BI capability deployment, initiative pipelines, and local communities supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Practical familiarity with Lean tools and mindset, including experience transitioning organizations from traditional to Lean processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience securing support for improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading people and working flexibly across departments and workplaces.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
