Manufacturing Unit Manager (ITS and CNXDR GM)

What you will do

• Manage production, engineering, procurement, quality, operational excellence, and logistics for the ITS manufacturing unit in China.
• Implement manufacturing strategy and provide input into product group strategy.
• Drive profitability, operating cash flow, on-time and on-cost project delivery, requested on-time delivery, and cost reduction.
• Improve manufacturing technology, productivity, delivery performance, process quality, and operational efficiency.
• Address customer and internal quality issues through improvement initiatives and process control.
• Build, coach, and develop effective, competent, and high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic and operational targets.
• Solid operations experience and a proven track record leading the P&L of a business organization.
• Ability to attract, motivate, develop, and retain talented teams.
• Fluent English and Chinese required.
