Senior AI DevOps Consultant

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week onsite in Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions for business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions and deploy them in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Deploy and manage solutions using Kubernetes and OpenShift, collaborating with DevOps teams on automation and monitoring.
• Support AI/ML solutions throughout the production lifecycle, including performance and cost optimization.
• Ensure IT security and support compliance with GDPR, the AI Act, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related IT areas.
• Practical DevOps experience and strong knowledge of CI/CD.
• Cloud experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Experience building, deploying, and integrating AI/ML solutions with existing systems.
• Understanding of IT security, regulated data environments, and collaboration between business and technology teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Azure experience, including configuration and hardening.
• Python, Java, or C# development experience.
• MLOps and model lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Financial services, regulated-organization, or Azure/DevOps certification experience.
