Director, Client Services

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead client relationships and act as a senior point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Define actionable briefs for tier 1 campaigns and oversee briefs for tier 2 and tier 3 campaigns.
• Lead campaign and project management to deliver client work on time and to brief.
• Review deliverables, identify risks and opportunities, and drive quality and innovation across client work.
• Manage client budgets, forecasts, margins, workload implications, and operational improvements.
• Lead and develop account teams, including mentoring, coaching, delegation, and potential line management of 1–3 direct reports.

Requirements

• Proven, demonstrable experience at Account Director level or above in a media agency.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Deep knowledge of digital media and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, client relationships, budgets, and margin forecasts.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
