What you will do

• Own end-to-end outsourced service delivery for new client lift-outs across sales support, onboarding, people engagement, client servicing, reporting, and leadership.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across client engagements and manage P&L performance for client portfolios or service lines.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Sponsor migrations, client onboarding, operational transformations, and service enhancement programmes.
• Improve efficiency through automation, digitisation, process optimisation, and standardisation while meeting client-specific requirements.
• Lead high-performing operations, client delivery, and transformation teams while ensuring compliance with FCA, MiFID II, and CASS requirements.

Requirements

• Proven operations leadership experience covering client onboarding, people leadership, client servicing, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with financial services models including L&P, TA Funds, and Wealth.
• Strong commercial experience with P&L management, revenue growth, client profitability, and service performance.
• Experience building senior client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser and executive sponsor.
• Experience leading large-scale migrations, client transitions, operational transformations, and service enhancements.
• Knowledge of UK financial regulation and controls, including FCA requirements, MiFID II, CASS, operational risk, and governance frameworks.
