Director, Subscription and Loyalty

What you will do

• Own the subscription program's full P&L across 14 markets in Europe and APAC, including subscriber growth, retention, topline, and profitability.
• Set the multi-year subscription strategy and translate it into short-, mid-, and long-term initiatives for the business and product teams.
• Build, lead, and develop a multi-layered organization of managers and senior individual contributors.
• Define market-specific and cross-regional growth strategies and prioritize trade-offs across markets.
• Identify, test, and scale high-impact growth initiatives through analysis, experimentation, and structured decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, Quick Commerce, and country leadership while presenting recommendations to senior executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, high-growth technology, investment banking, private equity, or FMCG.
• Substantial experience in subscriptions, loyalty, membership, or consumer growth businesses.
• Proven experience building and leading multi-layered teams, including managers.
• Experience owning P&Ls, making ROI-based investment decisions, and managing complex economic trade-offs.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required; SQL strongly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, executive communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
