Parimatch is looking for a Lawyer to join our fully remote legal team and support an international, fast-paced business operating across multiple markets.
In this role, you’ll work on:
⚖️ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements — SaaS, IT, services, licensing and other business contracts
🌍 Supporting cross-border matters and international counterparties
👥 Advising on employment and immigration matters, including visas, work permits and relocations
🤝 Working closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement and Business teams
🤖 Contributing to legal tech, AI and process automation
📚 Maintaining legal templates and playbooks and monitoring legislative changes
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer or Legal Counsel
• Strong commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
• Understanding of commercial, employment and immigration law
• Experience with international/cross-border matters
• Fluent English
• Business-oriented, analytical and solution-focused approach
• Interest in AI, legal technology and automation
