Industrialization Supply Chain & Quality Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Manching, Germany; onsite role

hirify.global develops and manufactures aerospace and defence products through an international supply chain and procurement organization.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and quality management for suppliers within the assigned scope.
• Represent hirify.global with suppliers and ensure industrial maturity, quality, and operational performance.
• Represent the procurement organization in multifunctional teams and during audits and assessments with authorities.
• Deploy hirify.global supply chain and quality requirements across suppliers and major programmes.
• Participate in tenders, new product introductions, transfers of work, industrial changes, modifications, and assessments.
• Manage supplier risks, quality escapes, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, certifications, first article inspections, and supplier surveillance.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in supply chain quality and/or supply chain management.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong communication, negotiation, multifunctional teamwork, flexibility, and proactive behavior.
• Negotiation-level English and Spanish are required.
