Clinical Solution Specialist - Medical Physicist (Radiotherapy)

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom; required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days per week with 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Lead validation activities across the product portfolio, including test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply clinical knowledge of radiation oncology workflows and treatment techniques to support product development and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Clinical teams on new and existing solutions.
• Conduct workflow reviews, system demonstrations, prototype assessments, clinical consultations, and customer feedback activities.
• Deliver clinical training, support pilot implementations, and resolve escalated clinical application issues.
• Participate in regulatory and quality activities, audits, compliance reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Radiotherapy, Oncology, Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology environment.
• Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows, treatment delivery techniques, treatment planning systems, and clinical applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and influence without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to approximately 35%.

• Experience with hirify.global technologies such as Linear Accelerators, Monaco, MOSAIQ, SmartView, XVI, iView, Integrity, or related solutions.
