TRT Doctor

Location: London HQ, UK. The role is listed as onsite, with a remote or hybrid arrangement based in London Bridge three days per week.

What you will do

• Conduct digital consultations with prospective and current TRT patients.
• Assess medical questionnaires and blood test results to create and prescribe personalised treatment plans.
• Request investigations and refer patients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Provide medicines information and education to patients, prescribers, and clinical staff.
• Contribute to service development, clinical improvement, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Medical Doctor registered with the GMC and licensed to practise in the UK.
• Non-CCT doctor with at least two years of full-time experience after completing FY2.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week, including Fridays and/or weekend hours.
• Experience providing digital consultations for a range of health conditions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Knowledge of men's health, clinical governance, standard operating procedures, and relevant clinical guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in private healthcare, commercial healthcare, digital consulting, or online prescribing.
• Experience working in a start-up.
• Clinical interests in endocrinology, hormone health, men's health, weight loss, mental health, or lifestyle medicine.
• Men's health or TRT experience; training and induction are provided.
