Clinical Advisor (Saturdays Required!)

Location: London HQ, based in London Bridge with hybrid work 2–3 days per week; onsite attendance is also specified.

What you will do

• Deliver virtual consultations through live messaging and phone calls.
• Provide evidence-based guidance for weight loss, hair loss, and erectile dysfunction treatments.
• Assess and triage patients while maintaining clinical safety and quality standards.
• Manage a high volume of patient interactions while meeting service-level and efficiency targets.
• Support patients empathetically and adapt to new digital systems, protocols, and workflows.

Requirements

• Current registration as a healthcare professional in nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience.
• Experience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, remote consultations, patient assessment, or triage.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using healthcare technology platforms.
• Knowledge of weight management and/or men's health conditions.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week on a permanent basis, including every Saturday; Thursdays are excluded.
