Clinical Team Lead (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of clinicians against operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching sessions, and individual development planning.
• Drive process, quality, and operational improvements across clinical workflows.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and refine SOPs to support scalability, compliance, and clinical standards.
• Represent the clinical team in cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Registered Independent Prescriber registered with the GPhC or NMC with V300.
• Experience managing and scaling clinical teams, preferably in a digital health environment.
• Strong record of delivering against KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Experience driving measurable improvements in team performance and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Availability for full-time work of 37.5 hours per week, including reliable coverage across Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, and Monday.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, managing queues, or handling patient queries.
• Cross-functional experience with Product or Operations teams.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and clinical governance frameworks.
