Sales Representative for the Surgery Team (Medical Devices)

Location: Kibbutz Shefayim, Center District, Israel; Central and Southern regions of Israel. Travel within the Center and southern areas is required, with 60% of the role taking place in operating rooms.

What you will do

• Drive sales of surgical products through prospecting, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, procurement teams, hospitals, and medical centers.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon surgical products, explaining their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, customer feedback, and progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with clinical support teams, provide product training, address inquiries, and support surgical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the healthcare market and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Ability to learn clinical materials in depth, including materials provided in English.
• Willingness to travel within central and southern Israel and participate in operating room procedures.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
