Principal Product Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Dresden, Germany or Taiwan; onsite role

What you will do

• Translate customer, industry, and reliability standards into qualification and reliability test plans at wafer and component level.
• Develop reliability concepts, qualification methodologies, and test strategies for DRAM+ technology.
• Plan and oversee reliability testing with external test house partners in Taiwan.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and lead root-cause analysis with technology, product, and engineering teams.
• Present reliability assessments and qualification status to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare qualification reports and data packages for product releases and certifications, and support customer audits and quality training.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, microtechnology, or a comparable field.
• More than five years of experience in reliability and/or product engineering for DRAM or NVM products.
• Deep knowledge of reliability models for DRAM and NVM products.
• Solid background in product design, testing, and semiconductor technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in Dresden, Germany or Taiwan.

Nice to have

• German and/or Mandarin language skills.
