Senior Product Manager (KYB)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work. Relocation support to Mexico is available for the employee and their family.

hirify.global operates a business bank in Mexico, with KYB serving as the account-opening and risk-control layer.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end KYB journey, from requested company documents through OCR, data extraction, case assembly, and analyst decisions.
• Partner with Compliance to define required data, checks, approval and decline rules, acceptable-activity matrices, risk scoring, and EDD criteria.
• Design the KYB analyst workspace and internal operating model, including case distribution, checklists, decision-quality standards, and QA processes.
• Automate cross-checks, registry and external-source integrations, pre-checks, and analyst guidance, including workflows using LLMs.
• Own metrics such as account-opening conversion, first-response time, cost per company, review time, and false positives.
• Define stage-level SLAs and build processes that scale as case volumes increase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in fintech, banking, onboarding, KYC/KYB, anti-fraud, compliance, or risk.
• Experience building operations-heavy products involving processes, people, internal tools, and SLAs.
• Strong data and funnel analysis skills, including independently identifying bottlenecks and quantifying impact.
• Experience designing back-office systems, admin panels, or workspaces for operational teams.
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear product decisions.
• Experience launching products from 0 to 1 and B2 or higher English for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with KYB or KYC, corporate documents, UBOs, ownership structures, sanctions screening, or AML.
• Spanish language skills or experience working in Latin America or Mexico.
• Experience deploying OCR, machine learning, or LLMs in operational workflows.
