Digital Workplace & Collaboration Technology Lead (Microsoft 365)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Design, implement, and document Microsoft 365 solutions for business needs.
• Own the Modern Workplace technology suite, including Office 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows 10/11, and Entra ID.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Communications, HR, facilities, events, and collaboration technology.
• Lead complex technical projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage relationships with clients and Microsoft, including enterprise agreement coordination.
• Create and maintain processes for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving end-user support requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus at least five years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows 10/11, and Entra ID.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and working within an ITSM framework in a large corporate environment.
• Experience with desktop support and field services, including L1/L2 support.
• Strong understanding of networks, network security, SLAs, and process documentation.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
