Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation (AI/Automation): Leading AI-driven projects, proof-of-concepts, MVPs, automation initiatives, and emerging digital solutions from concept through implementation with an accent on prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on shaping the Business Assurance AI roadmap, validating use cases, scaling successful solutions, and ensuring responsible adoption with measurable business value.
Location: Zagreb, Croatia; hybrid/remote model available

What you will do
- Lead AI, automation, innovation, proof-of-concept, MVP, pilot, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Work hands-on with generative AI tools by developing, testing, and refining prompts for business use cases.
- Translate operational and commercial challenges into practical AI workflows, experiments, prototypes, and scalable solutions.
- Manage project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Sales, business functions, and external partners.
- Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap by identifying opportunities, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and measuring outcomes.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
- Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills in global, matrix organisations.
- Fluency in English and the local language is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
- Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Spanish language skills.
