Chief Information Security Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the information security strategy and programme for the Singapore business.
• Build the Singapore security function, including governance, policies, standards, controls, processes, and future resourcing.
• Ensure compliance with MAS technology risk, cybersecurity, and operational resilience requirements.
• Establish security risk management, monitoring, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, data security, and third-party risk capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Report security posture, risks, and governance metrics to the Singapore CEO and relevant forums while aligning with the Global CISO.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in information and cybersecurity for a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to build a security function and programme from the ground up.
• Experience with security governance, risk management, controls, incident response, operational resilience, and third-party technology risk.
• Ability to manage regulatory applications, examinations, audits, assessments, and regulator engagement.
• Ability to work with local Singapore leadership and a global security organisation.
