Working Student Healthcare Business Development and Operations

Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid work and flex-time. Students must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year. Work from abroad is available for up to 30 calendar days per year.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain the healthcare CRM to keep business opportunity data accurate and up to date.
• Structure and maintain the internal knowledge space using AI tools to improve collaboration.
• Organize conference bookings, vendor communication, and meetings for the healthcare leadership team.
• Handle SAP invoicing processes and coordinate administrative tasks for the Vice President and Business Development projects.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year.
• Interest in using AI tools to structure knowledge, automate routine administrative tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills for managing bookings, invoices, and data accurately.
• Confidence with SAP or willingness to learn, with the ability to navigate multiple systems in parallel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
