Supplier Quality Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support supplier quality management activities across wafer foundries, OSAT providers, and EMS partners.
• Participate in process and quality audits at supplier manufacturing sites.
• Manage manufacturing non-conformance events, including containment actions and material disposition.
• Drive corrective actions, improvement initiatives, and change control activities.
• Support Safe Launch activities for new product introductions during production ramp.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and supplier performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, ISO standards, DMAIC, 5S, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software may be required under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI applications.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 auditing and 8D problem-solving methodology.
