Associate Client Manager, Business Insurance Select

Location: Hybrid role based at 3625 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC 27455, United States of America. Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

What you will do

• Support the Business Insurance Select team in meeting client service needs.
• Prepare endorsements, certificates, audits, and applications.
• Respond promptly to client and team requests.
• Apply professionalism and attention to detail when handling client documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least two years of customer experience required.
• Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Insurance designations such as INS, AAI, or CISR, or equivalent knowledge of business insurance coverages.
• Experience with Sagitta, Image Right, or EPIC.
