Lead Insurance Advisor (AI)

Location: Rochester, NY, United States (hybrid)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead an assigned team of Insurance Advisors and support daily service operations.
• Monitor phone, chat, Slack, and ticket queues to achieve service-level goals.
• Manage one-to-one meetings, development plans, performance management, and team communications.
• Support complex customer issues, escalations, quality standards, and policy-lifecycle service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to use automation, AI-driven tools, and technology to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with the Service Department Manager and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer focus and service leadership skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and results-oriented skills.
• Ability to identify problems and recommend process improvements.
• Comfort with technology, automation, and AI for operational improvement.
• Active P&C license and relevant insurance and customer service experience.
