UiPath - RPA Developer (Python) - Associate

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; office-based four days per week with remote work available one day, on Friday.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy attended and unattended UiPath RPA workflows.
• Build Python scripts, custom UiPath activities, REST API integrations, and data-processing pipelines.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize UiPath workflows and Python automation components.
• Manage robots through UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, queues, alerts, and performance reporting.
• Develop automated testing with UiPath Test Suite and pytest.
• Maintain Git version control and support CI/CD deployments for RPA solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UiPath RPA development experience and at least 2 years of strong Python programming experience.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Test Suite.
• Advanced Python skills in scripting, automation, data manipulation, and API integration.
• Experience with web scraping tools such as Playwright or Selenium, REST APIs, JSON, Git, and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, Linux/Unix environments, and custom UiPath activities or integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and scaling RPA infrastructure.
• Knowledge of process mining, Task Capture, Agile/Scrum, or automation CoE governance.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
