Structure Design Engineer

Location: Qingzhou, Shandong, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Create new structural designs and resolve issues related to manufacturing and building sequences.
• Ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Adopt technologies and processes such as automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Plan and improve engineering procedures and operations to increase product and process reliability.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing to deliver solutions for customers and dealers.

Requirements

• Onsite availability in Qingzhou, Shandong, China, five days per week.
• Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science program.
• Analytical thinking and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of design for manufacturability and manufacturing engineering processes.
• Knowledge of product testing and technical troubleshooting.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
