Material Flow Planning & Warehouse Engineer Team Leader (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Badr City, Egypt

What you will do

• Manage unloading, receiving, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Define and continuously improve supply chain material flow standards, processes, tools, and work instructions.
• Lead warehouse personnel by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, conducting evaluations, and supporting development planning.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, governance, safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and inventory accuracy requirements.
• Collaborate with facilities and central Supply Chain Management teams on warehouse system design, customer projects, and RFQs.
• Define and analyze warehouse and material flow KPIs to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehousing and internal material flow operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong communication, reporting, leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
