Senior Associate, Designer (Creo)

What you will do

• Create and edit piece-part and assembly designs and associated engineering drawings using Creo MCAD.
• Provide Creo CAD support throughout the product development process.
• Generate and modify product models, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Create and maintain parts lists and bills of materials in Agile PDM.
• Control mechanical digital data files, drawings, and product data structures.
• Prepare engineering change orders and support the resolution of CAD design and drawing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a graduate degree/equivalent with 0–2 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of related experience.
• Current TS or TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Security clearance eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to prepare accurate drawings and schematics with appropriate tolerances, dimensions, and instructions.

Nice to have

• Creo revision 4 or higher experience.
• Familiarity with ASME Y100 standards, ASME Y14.5 GD&T, and Agile PDM.
• Knowledge of machining processes and operations.
• GDT Professional Senior certification or a favorable polygraph.
