What you will do

• Lead the clinical delivery of the renal assisted peritoneal dialysis service.
• Act as a clinical advisor for commercial account teams, customers, and third-party nursing providers.
• Develop and deliver therapy education and training programmes for nurses, patients, internal teams, and external customers.
• Supervise competencies and approve sign-off for third-party clinical leads and training nurses.
• Manage outsourced nursing provision, including capacity planning, service-quality oversight, and supplier KPIs.
• Maintain therapy protocols, training documentation, clinical governance input, complaints processes, and activity reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in community-based management or nursing management.
• Proven renal nursing experience and experience as a trainer and assessor.
• Experience in teaching, educational processes, project management, and change management.
• Strong patient and customer focus, commercial awareness, communication, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and across multifunctional teams, lead where appropriate, and simplify complex information.
