Clinical Lead - Weight Loss/Do Health (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid role based at the London HQ near London Bridge, with three days per week in person.

What you will do

• Apply clinical rationale to GLP-1 prescribing at scale and a biomarker-led lifestyle product.
• Assess clinical evidence, regulation, data, product propositions, and proposed clinical changes.
• Define eligibility criteria, exclusions, clinical safeguards, and launch measures.
• Design end-to-end patient journeys, including product requirements, decision logic, workflows, protocols, and communications.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Risk teams throughout implementation.
• Present evidence-based decisions and challenge proposals without a clear clinical purpose or safe delivery model.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree and current GMC registration required.
• At least two years of postgraduate medical experience.
• Experience with analytical problem solving across areas such as strategy, operations, product, research, consulting, or service improvement.
• Strong reasoning, quantitative judgement, and hands-on experience with data and statistics.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to work through ambiguity and adapt as evidence changes.
• Hybrid working with three days per week in person at the London HQ is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building a clinical or regulated product, proposition, or operation.
• Experience in medicated weight management, preventative health, diagnostics, or blood testing.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience using AI tools for research or data analysis.
