Intern Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

What you will do

• Support the preparation of client deliverables, product coding, and data input validation.
• Clean technology and durable-goods data received from retailers to match internal system formats.
• Verify data accuracy, validity, and integrity throughout processing.
• Investigate and help resolve quality issues raised by supervisors or clients.
• Maintain communication with Operations teams and support department projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Mandarin speaker required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• General computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• High accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
