Category Manager (Oral Care)

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the Oral Care category and its business from day one.
• Build and nurture strategic retailer partnerships and present category opportunities to customers.
• Analyze KPIs, shopper behavior, category trends, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead category management across P&G’s Oral Care portfolio and recommend consumer-led ideas.
• Create thought leadership through insights, creative ideas, and market partnerships.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship, Australian permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent qualification preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in category management, sales analytics, or a similar commercial role in FMCG is highly regarded
• Strong analytical and communication skills
