Senior Solutions Architect (DevSecOps)

Location: Remote, based in Sydney and focused on the ANZ region

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation of hirify.global's platform across the software development lifecycle.
• Own technical evaluations, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams on customer acquisition and expansion strategies across ANZ.
• Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders while guiding hirify.global adoption and digital transformation.
• Advise customers on DevSecOps, continuous integration and deployment, security, cloud practices, and modern software development.
• Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations.
• Experience leading proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer advocacy skills.
