IT Project Manager

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid/onsite attendance required 1–3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead IT and digital projects from planning through closure across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and vendor solutions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, forecasts, and project financials.
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, RAID items, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, governance, and change control.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership while driving accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in medium to large organizations.
• Experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, financial, risk, issue, change, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Planner and Jira.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite arrangement in St. Louis, Missouri, 1–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Degree.
