Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager

What you will do

• Drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery, aligning scope, stakeholders, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams, maintaining schedule, scope, budget, and business value.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Azure DevOps for backlog and work tracking.
• Coordinate teams, monitor progress, resolve cross-organizational issues, and remove blockers.
• Analyze dependencies, constraints, and risks; develop mitigation strategies and support data-informed decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 15+ years managing complex projects or programs, including at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery.
• At least 10 years of experience in a large enterprise or federal government environment.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience for backlog management and work tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, executive engagement, multi-team initiatives, and delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, risk identification, and decision-making skills.
• PMP and CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certifications.
