Corporate Development (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; on-site

Base salary: $251,000–$314,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global builds and operates large-scale compute infrastructure for frontier AI, spanning power acquisition, data center development, hardware, and software.

What you will do

• Own the corporate development pipeline from opportunity selection through closing.
• Structure bespoke joint ventures, minority investments, convertible and warrant-linked instruments, and control acquisitions.
• Underwrite strategic and financial value across power, land, supply chain, capacity, and infrastructure capabilities.
• Negotiate governance, control, exclusivity, offtake, anti-dilution, information, board, and exit terms with principals and counsel.
• Align the CEO, legal, power, strategic sourcing, and infrastructure teams before handing over completed transactions.

Requirements

• Principal-level deal experience in private equity, growth equity, special situations, infrastructure, energy investing, or corporate development.
• Experience leading transactions from initial conversation through close, with personal ownership of capital and outcomes.
• Ability to structure transactions without established comparables and build models that answer the core structural questions.
• Experience evaluating strategic and financial objectives simultaneously and making independent investment decisions.
• Strong negotiation and decision-writing skills, including work with principals, counsel, CEOs, investment committees, or boards.

• Experience with power, energy, or digital infrastructure counterparties.
• Joint ventures and corporate partnerships combining commercial and equity terms.
