Client Solutions Associate (FinTech)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States — One Beacon Street; onsite client-facing work includes training in client offices and seminars.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annual.

What you will do

• Partner with financial-industry clients to understand business and investment processes.
• Provide solutions using hirify.global products and support hirify.global applications.
• Create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product training in client offices and training seminars.
• Gather product feedback and advocate for client needs with Product Development.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or FinTech.
• Client-facing support experience or interest in client-facing work.
• Ability to learn new technology, build relationships, collaborate, and solve problems analytically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by January 2027.
• For U.S. locations, legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
