Director, Quality Medicare Strategy (Medicare Advantage)

Location: Remote, Missouri (US)

Salary: $134,600–$249,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct the annual Medicare multi-year strategic planning process.
• Develop recommendations for expansion into new states and counties.
• Build cross-functional relationships to implement Medicare business strategies.
• Oversee network and sales channel development for new state expansions.
• Enhance go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, markets, and Medicare product functions.
• Oversee new Medicare innovations, evaluate external partnerships, and support financial, sales, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Medicare Advantage experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing new business strategies.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Medicare Advantage environment.
• Strong financial and analytical background.
• Ability to work remotely from Missouri, US.
