Vice President, Global Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: Remote, with quarterly travel to the New York City headquarters expected

Target base salary: $230,400–$290,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Lead international operational strategy and scale mental healthcare delivery infrastructure across more than 200 markets.
• Shape the global expansion roadmap, aligning organizational capabilities with market needs and revenue goals.
• Partner with product, legal, clinical, and go-to-market teams to improve operational readiness and market entry.
• Establish operational rigor, standardization, process excellence, and performance metrics across international fulfillment and support channels.
• Develop regional delivery models, local market customization, and relationships with providers and strategic fulfillment networks.
• Resolve cross-functional roadblocks and optimize processes to improve service velocity, efficiency, reliability, and quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex operations, network management, or general management.
• Experience scaling operational footprints from the United States into international markets.
• Professional knowledge of global healthcare delivery models, international compliance frameworks, and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Track record of managing and developing high-performing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including operational metrics and KPI development.
• Established relationships with global healthcare stakeholders, providers, or vendors.
