3rd Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Pinetops, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must already have authorization to work in the US.

What you will do

• Lead a third-shift production team within a manufacturing unit or production line.
• Coordinate production schedules, resources, volumes, inventory service levels, and operational targets.
• Maintain efficient production in accordance with procedures, drawings, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Identify production, process, and equipment deficiencies and oversee improvement actions.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.
• Lead shift-start production meetings and maintain operational and reliability discipline using work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience leading in a manufacturing or product development environment, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Project management skills for leading small Kaizen projects.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or a proven record of leading continuous improvement projects.
• Existing US work authorization is required; willingness to travel as needed is also required.
