TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and scaling B2B SaaS products for AI-powered healthcare voice agents across TypeScript, React, Python/Flask, mobile applications, APIs, and user-facing dashboards with an accent on safety, scalability, performance, and accessibility. Focus on designing reusable full-stack frameworks, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, solving complex reliability bottlenecks, and delivering secure clinical experiences.

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; onsite five days a week

Hippocratic AI is building safety-focused generative AI and voice-agent SaaS products for healthcare.

What you will do

  • Architect and scale B2B SaaS products for AI-driven clinical voice experiences.
  • Build full-stack features, RESTful APIs, reusable frameworks, dashboards, and intuitive user journeys.
  • Develop and support cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter and React Native.
  • Translate healthcare and business requirements into production-ready technical architecture with product, design, AI, and healthcare experts.
  • Improve reliability, performance, availability, and operational uptime while resolving complex technical bottlenecks.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, establish development standards, and contribute to agile delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React, plus Python, Ruby, or Node backends.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and managing SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and agile development skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Menlo Park office five days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience publishing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs.
  • Professional experience with Flask Python servers.
  • Knowledge of Terraform and AWS services.
