Product Manager / Lead Product Manager, Payor / Provider Vertical (AI)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States. On-site in the Menlo Park office five days a week.

Hippocratic AI is building a healthcare-only, safety-focused LLM platform for improving patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Define the payor/provider vertical strategy, prioritize high-value healthcare use cases, and establish north-star metrics.
• Translate regulatory, clinical, operational, and customer requirements into an executable product roadmap.
• Partner directly with payor executives, providers, and health system stakeholders to identify and validate high-impact problems.
• Work with Engineering to create technical specifications, resolve priority conflicts, and ship product workflows.
• Partner with the clinical safety team to ensure voice interactions meet safety standards.
• Own the transition of use cases from pilot to production and develop ROI models, value propositions, and case studies for go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in the health insurance/payor ecosystem or health technology serving providers and health systems.
• Demonstrated experience building workflows tied to measurable ROI or business value.
• Experience partnering directly with Engineering to ship products and making product decisions from customer conversations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Working understanding of LLM, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to work on-site in the Menlo Park office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Health technology product management experience in the counterpart payor or provider vertical.
• Experience presenting to clinical, executive, and engineering audiences.
• Founding or zero-to-one product experience.
• Experience at a health technology company selling to health plans, health systems, or providers.
