Sr. BSA, Oracle Fusion - Advanced Inventory (Oracle Fusion)

Location: On-site in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual base salary bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory, including inventory organizations, transactions, lot and serial control, counting, valuation, and costing integration.
• Gather business requirements, assess current-state processes, and design future-state inventory and warehouse solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications and support integrations with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Financials.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate technical designs involving Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI/ADFdi data loads.
• Support system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing, as well as data conversion, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot inventory, integration, configuration, accounting, and transaction issues while maintaining controls, documentation, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, or inventory systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Warehouse, or related supply chain modules.
• Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Strong knowledge of inventory operations, warehouse processes, costing, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting process flows, developing functional specifications, and supporting enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Inventory Management, SCM Cloud, or related modules.
• Experience with global, multi-organization, or multi-currency environments and integrations with WMS, manufacturing, ERP, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience in SOX-controlled, FDA-regulated, medical device, or other highly regulated environments.
• Consulting or systems integrator experience, or experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
