Refresh Team Lead (TM1) (Government)

Location: Columbia, Maryland, United States; onsite office presence required at least 5 days per week. No relocation offered.

Salary: $72,000–$112,500 yearly

What you will do

• Assign and prioritize refresh work for approximately 15–18 technicians.
• Monitor equipment inventory, delivery schedules, refresh projections, and acquisition needs.
• Provide advanced technical support to refresh technicians and customers.
• Manage refresh queues, tickets, mailboxes, tasking, coordinators, templates, and reporting.
• Coordinate customer access, appointments, security documentation, onboarding, and technician training.
• Validate refresh work, track asset records and deadlines, and collaborate with Assets, Distribution, Neighborhood, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of supervisory or project management experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and engage directly with customers.
• Full-time onsite availability in Columbia, Maryland is required; no relocation is offered.

Nice to have

• Experience with refresh projects, staff coordination, and technical requirements.
• CWIP certification.
• Security+ certification preferred.
