IT Manager (Hospitality)

Location: On-site at Conrad Punta de Mita, Mexico

What you will do

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple hotel properties in collaboration with technology leadership.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimize LAN, network servers, directory structures, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve issues involving personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity while providing user training and support.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, backup procedures, shared technology resources, and compliance with hirify.global Technology Network standards.
• Support workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale implementations while minimizing operational disruption.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate IT team members while supporting hotel operations and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• Experience managing hotel or multi-site IT infrastructure and technology operations.
• Knowledge of LAN, network servers, connectivity troubleshooting, system security, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to support Wi-Fi, PBX, point-of-sale, workstation, and server implementations.
• Ability to maintain compliance with enterprise IT standards and certification requirements.
• People leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico at Conrad Punta de Mita.
