IT Systems Specialist

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico; on-site support across business offices, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, and distribution warehouses.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, operating systems, and software.
• Track service requests through resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and escalate complex issues.
• Install, troubleshoot, and support wired and wireless networks, including LAN monitoring and network security management.
• Support video conferencing, voice conferencing, and mobile phone services.
• Collaborate on IT initiatives and implementation projects.
• Support users across offices, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, and distribution warehouses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of relevant hands-on IT experience, or an associate degree with at least two years of relevant hands-on IT experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, servers, video conferencing systems, and wireless endpoints.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs or ladders, and sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel within the assigned region less than 20% of the time.
