Manager - Customer Performance Analytics

Location: On-site in Plano, Texas or Draper, Utah, Monday through Friday; travel between locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, prioritization, execution, and communication of high-impact customer analytics initiatives.
• Analyze customer journey, transaction, clickstream, CRM, and enterprise customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready presentations, recommendations, visualizations, and business narratives.
• Lead full-funnel reporting, automated dashboards, and self-service analytics using Power BI, Sigma, SQL, Snowflake, and related tools.
• Establish standards for analytical methodology, data quality, documentation, validation, prioritization, and project management.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while partnering with Growth, business units, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and CX Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading analytical teams, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• 5+ years of experience with data analytics, coding languages, and data-wrangling tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and AWS.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights, create compelling visualizations, and present to senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship, including OPT and CPT, is not available.
